Community Programmes
As a social enterprise company, we are committed to making commercial-quality professional coaching and training services available to people in the community who would not otherwise be able to afford them.
We do this through several funded programmes:

This Way Up: funded by the anti-poverty charity, Quaker Social Action

This Way Next: a ‘next steps’ programme for people who have completed initial life coaching and mindfulness training with Rising Minds
HOPE Project: a pilot programme, funded by the Allen Lane Foundation, of professional life / personal development coaching for women aged 35+ involved in the criminal justice system.

We also deliver coaching, wellbeing and resilience services for a number of charities and social enterprises, including:
-
East London Cares - A community network of younger and older neighbours hanging out and helping one another in our rapidly changing city.
-
Working for Carers Programme - a London-wide project that supports unpaid carers, aged 25 or over, to move closer to employment
-
On Purpose - which works with inspiring professionals and helps them get stuck in to become leaders who harness the power of business for good

We also provide bursaries, through donations to our Rising Minds Foundation, to self-referring individuals for coaching and resilience training services.
