Qualifications and ethics

All our coaches, trainers and mindfulness trainers are well qualified in their respective fields, and follow appropriate codes of ethics and good practice guidelines.

Coaching and facilitation: The minimum training requirement is completion of training accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), The Association for Coaching (AC) or the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC). All our coaches adhere to the new Charter for Coaching and Mentoring (developed by the ICF, AC and ECMM) which complies with European Law. As individual coaches, each of us belongs to one or more of these professional bodies, and abide by their respective code of ethics:

All our mindfulness trainers also abide by the good practice guidelines of the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teachers.
