Michele Grant (Co-founder and Executive Director) specialises in helping individuals who feel they need to chart a  different course in life. She trained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness based approach to coaching which is particularly useful in managing stressful experience.  Alongside her coaching, Michele is an accredited mediator with a strong interest in the role that conflict plays in our lives.  She draws on a wealth of experience from more than twenty years in senior roles in the public sector.  Read Michele’s full biography

Tim Segaller (Co-founder and Executive Director) is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a qualified Mindfulness Trainer and Workplace Mediator. Tim has pioneered the fusion of coaching and mindfulness techniques, developing an innovative ‘MindCoaching’ programme, for third sector organisations and their clients.
